During the course of fabricating patterns and molds, it dawned on me that rolling stock is doable. A longtime rolling stock customer, John Martin, simultaneously requested 30, 34’ truss rod boxcars. I reasoned that this large of an order would justify my R&D. They cost $150.00 finished, which includes painting and weathering and PSC detail parts. I also have 32’ end ventilated cars available in 2 or 3 rail.
